§ 310-16. Release of bond or cash deposit.

The bond or cash deposit required by this article will not be released until the work has been accomplished in the manner set forth in this article. If the work is not completed within one year after the date of the permit, the Director of Public Services may revoke the bond or cash deposit and use the funds to pay for the completion of the work.
