  § 170-2. Fee schedule.

    Chapter 141, Burning, Open. Application fee for open burning permit: $10.
    B. 
    Chapter 170, Fire Prevention, Article I, Space Heaters. Permit fee for space heater: $20.
    C. 
    Chapter 193, Food Service Establishments.
    (1) 
    License fee: $100 per year.
    (2) 
    Temporary establishment: $50 per event.
    (3) 
    Reinspection: $100.
    (4) 
    Late fee: $100.
    (5) 
    Plan review: $100.
    D. 
    Chapter 274, Peddling and Soliciting, Article II, Peddling. Permit fee: $200 per year.
    E. 
    Chapter 298, Sewers, Article II, Use of Public Sewers. Fee for drain layer's certificate: $25; renewal fee: $25.
    F. 
    Chapter 310, Streets and Sidewalks, Article II, Excavations. Inspection fee: $100 or 2% of the construction costs estimated by the Director of Public Services and/or the Town Engineer and approved by the Board of Selectmen, whichever is greater.
